Absolutely: Having multiple c-sections can sometimes cause problems, but in general, you can absolutely try again. After having your tubes tied, we would have to consider either a tubal reversal, or ivf, which may be your better option in this case. We would just have to discuss the options.

Yes: There are certainly increased risks with higher numbers of c-sections. After 3 csections there is an increased risk for a dangerous complicaiton called placenta accreta. Also more likely to be a difficult surgery with lots of scar tissue/adhesions, but if you really want another baby then it is definitely worth pursuiing.
