Nose: Steam, saline spray and OTC decongestants for a few days should help a lot. You should give your surgeon a call as well

Nasal congestion: It is possible to have symptoms of nasal congestion after sinus surgery. Continue using you sinus rinse. A hypertonic saline has a natural dedecongesting property and it will thin out the mucous, too. An oral decongestant may help as well.
