Not necessarily: if you're not on medications, normal resting heart resting heart rate is around 60 - 100 beats per minute. However, some people who physically fit/in shape, athletes, or those who are involved in a lot of physical activity can have heart rate less than 60. It becomes a concern if you get symptomatic from it; which includes, feeling fatigue, dizzy/lightheaded, passing out, weakness, etc., see a DR

Not necessarily bad : While a normal resting heart rate is considered 60 to 100, it's not unusual for some people to have a resting heart rate in the 50s, especially in athletic individuals, who commonly have slower resting heart rates.
