Labia: It could be genital herpes, especially if both sides. Your labia have skin on them just like any other part of your body. There are skin conditions that can occur there as well. Your GYN might need to take a biopsy of the area of concern to confirm

It could: be infestation like lice or scabies or skin irritation or sensitivity to soap or lotion or chemicals. May need to see a dermatologist
