Asympotmatic: this infection can be asymptomatic and if it doesn't bother you treatment is not necessary, but would be elective. The treatment is simple so not big thing to take it.

Trichomonas: Trichomonas vaginalis is is the most common curable STD in young women. It is diagnosed with lab test of vaginal secretion. Sx are, foul smelling greenish discharge, dysuria, pruritis, painful intercourse and rarely abdominal pain (PID). It is treated with Flagyl. Always practice safe sex. Advise your partner to be tested and possibly treated, men are frequently asymptomatic.
