My daughter is 8 and she has been crying about having pain in her left arm pit. motrin and tylenol (acetaminophen) isn't working. what could be causing this. ?

Impossible to say...: Without an exam, it is impossible to diagnose what is going on with your daughter. Did she have a fall/injury? Are there swollen glands? Does she have a rash? Is there an abscess? These are just a few questions that come to mind; however, a more complete history and physical are needed for a reliable diagnosis. Have her see her pediatrician.
