A member asked:

Is it possible to have tendonitis for 4-5 years?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

To Know A Sinew...: Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh yes!!! Definitely. They don't heal well especially if you have to use them a lot. They don't get much blood supply, that's why. If it's been that long and nothing you have tried (if any) has helped, then you need to see a doctor, preferably one who specializes in that area of the body. At this point you may need some special care, but don't lose heart. It can be fixed.
