Urination: I would not be concerned if it happens only when you stand up after urinating. Contract your pelvic muscles, hold for 10 seconds, then relax. Repeat this exercise 10 times a day to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. If you have loss of bladder control without moving, get an evaluation.
