Muscle spasm: or muscle pull may be the reason. May be due to excessive exercise?

Referred: Chest discomfort on bending or sitting could be referred from pressure within the abdomen or esophagus if the discomfort is not noticed with deep breathing, exertion, coughing or with associated rib cage tenderness. See your physician for evaluation if this symptom persists or worsens and he/she will order any appropriate tests and treatment.

Multiple reasons: More information is needed to answer that question. However, it could be muscle-skeletal, nerve irritation or inflammation over layer around lung or heart. Unlikely to be heart disease but I would recommend you to visit a physician if it does not get better.
