"Pleurodynia": A very fancy sounding medical name for pain in the rib cage usually made worse with breathing and usually due to a harmless viral illness. Another cause may be a simple "pull" of the intercostal (muscles between our ribs which help us breathe. You can take ibuprofen for both of these reasons. As long as your chest xray is negative NOT TO WORRY!
