Could recur: You could have a recurrence of the cyst that has not yet come to the surface.It would be wise to see your family physician & have him/her examine you.

Residual cyst?: If it is red, sore and swollen then you could have an infection in residual cystic tissue. If the scar is just painful then lidocaine/decadron mix can shrink the scar.
