See Your OB Doctor: Sometimes after a delivery there may be a cut after delivery close to clitoris. That may be sore still. Also, your episiotomy may be still healing. Your episiotomy scar may also be infected and causing pain. Please get checked. Some women after delivery will have lower hormone levels and may have vaginal dryness and this may make your clitoral area sore. You may have a local yeast or BV. See a Dr
