Need more info: At your age those symptoms might signal something amiss. Could be change in diet, lack of exercise, not heeding the call of nature, eating too fast, anxiety and a few more things. That would put cancer at the bottom of causes. It would pay to have another talk with your family doctor to narrow down the possible cause of your complaint. Colonoscopy does not r/o out something wrong in your stomach
