What is the use of salt for a child with febrile siezures?

None whatsoever: I think you need a medical doctor to help u with your child. In the Philippines there are "quack-quack" doctors who may tell u all kinds of things. Better to go with Western medical advice for something serious like this. Try to bring the fever down- use water and a fan for cooling. Try paracetamol liquid too. Try to find out what's causing the fever too and treat that. I hope u can get some help.
