Kidney Stone: Please take only what your doctor prescribed for your condition. Pyridium (phenazopyridine) is normally prescribed for UTI-related pain, not kidney stones and it should only be taken for a couple of days and has other precautions. Do not take medications you have left over from tooth extraction or back pain for kidney stone. Discuss this with your doctor. Hydrate aggressively.

Yes: Those medicines can be taken together. Vicodin has Tylenol (acetaminophen) in it so do not take any additional Tylenol (acetaminophen) while you are taking Vicodin. Pyridium will turn your urine orange so do not be alarmed. Be sure to keep hydrated and seek immediate treatment for fever, vomiting or increased pain.
