Better see your doc: Not having a BM for that long after surgery may be related to the codeine you are on, if you can hold it, that might help, prune juice (prunelax) can help open your bowels too, don't believe it would interact with cipro, cipro however may interact with caffeine in APAP/codeine, drink more fluids that would help the constipation too, wish you wellness
