Yes: Moderate exercise never hurts and is usually beneficial for one's mental and physical state. If you do too much you can potentially hurt yourself.

Few: Your height may still change! EXERCIZE and strengthening and cardiovascular is all likely to be good. There are usually trainers at the gym to guide you safely.
