No: If it is truly a scratch then you have likely done it yourself especially if you have facing itching. It is not HIV but should encourage you to practice safe sex so that every little new pimple won't be causing so much anxiety.

No: Since you got 1 HIV test get another in 6 month. Aids can cause many types of skin lesions but up to now I have not seen scratches
