Yes: probably a bruise or sprain if related to injury. No playing or running for 5 days. If the pain or swelling gets worse please go to your doctor. Also in the future for this type of injury please apply cold to the area immediately as long as the skin is intact. I use a cold soda can, bag of ice or bag of frozen vegetables when I have a sports collision.
