Yes.: This drug is a potent anticholineric drugs. Drowsiness and brain fog is not uncommon. There are more modern treatments available.

See below: Levsin (hyoscyamine) is a antispasmodic which is used to treat crampy type abdominal discomfort often associated with irritable bowel. Common side effects include sleepiness, dizziness, dry mouth, blurred vision and constipation.
