A member asked:

Does anyone know about symptoms of hyperthyroidism after menopause?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Mostly the same: Mostly the same as before menopause. After menopause, of course, there would not be a change in menstrual pattern. Also because of hormone changes with menopause, things like irritability and feeling hot all the same may be worse. Other symptoms like heart racing, shakiness, and getting short of breath with exercise would most likely be the same.
