Not certain: I would have to read the whole report to be able to know. WAs the MRI done because of concern for an acoustic neuroma? I am not sure what this means so you need to discuss it with the doctor who ordered the scan and what he was looking for to know how to interpret it and what to do about it

Not important: As long as the ventricles are not enlarged, mildly asymmetric lateral ventricals usually are not important. If there is a large asymmetry, then this may indicate a remote or old cortical brain infarct. Discuss your concerns with your Doctor.
