See if this helps: It's good that they are moveable and sore. Malignancies often are fixed and painless. Also good that the doctors are untroubled. It 'd be better if they were able to convey relief as well as lack of concern, but tight schedules make that hard. A likely cause is an infection of some sort. A cyst is also a possibility (nothing to fret about). Don't use anti-perspirant. Give it time, then ask again.
