Depends on dose: These drugs are given together to treat desmoid tumors, usually at low dose. The side effects include anemia, low white blood count, nausea and vomiting. Most people have only mild side effects with the low dose treatment for desmoids. Nausea and vomiting can be prevented with medication if that becomes a problem.
