Treatment of PTSD: will be a major issue.PTSD often responds well to Cognitive Processing Therapy (a form of cognitive behavioral therapy), EMDR, specialized group therapy, Virtual reality exposure therapy, psychoeducation and psychiatric medications are sometimes warranted as well. Acupuncture can be helpful to relax you in general and to work on areas of tension. take care.

You in counseling?: The treatment & invention of PTSD and/or panic disorder is not just using medications but also involves a good amount of evaluation and non-pharmacological approaches. If you've been formally diagnosed then, my guess is you've either been enrolled or are enrolled in programs. If so, are they helping? Do you feel there is a good line of communication with your therapists and doctors? Takes time.
