It is possible: Side effects like constipation, drowsiness, upset stomach, tiredness, weight gain, blurred vision are possible with Seroquel (quetiapine) and dry mouth is known to occur in some people taking the drug. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor for meds adjustment.
