Sorry to hear: About your present predicament. It's hard to give you an answer without having more information about what's been done so far and your symptoms. You should be aware that an ultrasound can miss much pathology in the abdomen and is better at identifying problems that cause right upper abdominal pain. Because this sounds complex you would be best suited by addressing this with a gastroenterologist

What else goin on?: 3 ER visits and doc can't find answer. Is there anything else abnormal you have noticed, been exposed to, etc that might help solve this mystery?
