How long does it take for plan b to leave my system?

3 days: I believe about 3 days, but everybody is different. The consequences of taking plan B can linger a bit longer as your body adjusts to the elimination.

48 hours: the medicine is usually out of your system in 48 hours but the effects on your uterus and ovaries can last weeks.

A matter of days.: Even though Plan B is out of your system relatively quickly, the hormonal changes that occur may take up to several months after the Plan B was taken to even out.
