LLQ pain : For someone your age, the number one and two causes would be an ovarian cyst or some gastrointestinal (colon) pain. If you are sexually active, you must consider other things - although "soreness" doesn't sound worrisome. But ectopic pregnancies, endometriosis, pelvic infections could be on the list. See your primary do for if this persists. Muscle injuries are possible too if you exercise.
