I have lymph nodes in my neck(and i have headache, neck pain) i also noticed sternal lymph nodes recently, i get tired too soon... what should i do?

See an MD: MAke an appointment with an MD. The lymph nodes are most likely from sort of infection. The "sternal" nodes are different, if you mean you had an X-ray showing enlarges nodes in your chest, see your MD, if there is a node right above your clavicle, see your MD. Fatigue is very common and there are blood tests to help determine the cause.
