Curious: Do you mean raise your immune system in general or raise the actual count of white cells on your blood test? Even more specifically, do you mean just the lymphocyte count which is only one type of white cell (others include neutrophils, eosinophil). If you always have a low WBC count, yet feel fine, try jumping jacks for 60 seconds prior to your blood draw, it "shakes" the white cells off wall.
