Cubital tunnel?: The ulnar nerve runs down the back of the arm between Osbornse ligament and the medial epicondyle with comprise the cubital tunnel. Narrowing of the cubital tunnel can cause pain / numbness in the distribution of the ulnar nerve. The elbow flexion test used to clinically diagnose is similar to the position of a bench press.
