Methotrexate: Methotrexate has an elimination half life of 3 to 10 hours, therefore it will take approximately 55 hours, about 2.3 days for it to be totally out of your system.

A bit variable: Depending on high dose or low dose, interestingly the half life of this drug is a bit variable. But in general it takes about 5 half life's for a drug to be eliminated from your system. So on the long side, it would be around 75 hours or a little over three days.
