Lymph node or jaw: Most likely this represents a lymph node that is swollen and now noticeable. It could be your jaw if it is bone. The lymph node being swollen is more likely from new infection if tender. If it is still there I'm a week then see your doctor for evaluation. Usually lymph nodes if cancer are non tender so unlikely.
