What parental vitamins are best to start taking?

Prenatal vitamins: if they are labeled prenatal vitamins they will all have the approved FDA vitamins there. They will have differen doses and different other vitamins, but the differences are of no clinical importance. You may need extra iron and if that is the case your doctor will order that

Any multivitamin sup: Parental vitamins? If you mean vitamins and supplements when expecting, any multivitamin will do the job. Always get a capsule form as much as you can( I personally believe the absorption is way better). But the most important element is folic acid.it would be even better to start taking it 3 months before conception when planning to get pregnant.
