Any multivitamin sup: Parental vitamins? If you mean vitamins and supplements when expecting, any multivitamin will do the job. Always get a capsule form as much as you can( I personally believe the absorption is way better). But the most important element is folic acid.it would be even better to start taking it 3 months before conception when planning to get pregnant.
