A member asked:

Why do my wrist muscles vibrate when i rest?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Muscle activity: Muscles tend to ripple, or vibrate, when they have undergone changes in activity. If they were very busy (and tired) from heavy exercise, they will twitch and vibrate more often. A similar sensation occurs when trying to lift something very heavy. Consider the word fasciculation and see if that fits what you are describing. Hope that helps!
