Gastroenteritis: These symptoms (fever, vomiting, diarrhea) are most consistent with a viral infection: gastroenteritis. You should focus on fever and pain control as well as hydration. It is not as important that she is eating right now. UTI is a reasonable concern and is more likely if she had a UTI in the past, is still in diapers, or has two days of high fever. Call your doctor if concerned about dehydration.
