Subclinical hyperthy: The T3 (liothyronine) and T4 levels are normal, but the TSH is slightly low. You did not mention if you are any medication for your thyroid. If you are not, the low TSH could indicate subclinical hyperthyroidism- where your thyroid is making slightly more thyroid hormone than your pituitary gland is happy with. Most people with this mild an abnormality will have no symptoms. It should be followed.
