Dizziness: A certain amount of being off balance when you first wake up is normal. Just do not jump out of bed and run to the rest room. Stop for a brief moment when you change positions in the am and allow the body to catch up to your movement . Have an ent check your dizziness. The tingly feeling results from lack of blood flow to the brain temporary. see an ent doc. Hope that helps. Good luck!
