Fiber: For long term prevention and to prevent worsening, increase dietary fiber intake to more than 30grams/day (you may use diet supplements). Walk or jog 30-60 mins daily. Drink at least a liter of water/day. Over the counter hydrocortisone ointments may help in the short-term.

See your doctor: If your hemorrhoids are causing that much pain and bleeding, you probably need to see your doctor, and get examined. There are medicines that they may prescribe if indicated to help with your bleeding and symptoms. Hope this helps!
