Could be: Some people are "blessed" not have any significant symptoms. I suggest you wait to see your Gyn. Nausea, vomiting, fatigue and other symptoms are not present in all women. Enjoy your pregnancy.

Normal: This is normal. Not everyone has symptoms in pregnancy. Reviewing your info...nasal congestion can increase in pregnancy. Follow up with your doctor on Sept 10 and continue with your prenatal vitamins
