Please see a doctor: Given that you are not certain if you have a UTI or vaginitis, it may be best to go see your local physician. There, he or she can get urine samples and vaginal cultures to help better direct your care. Unfortunately, there are no home remedies for this. In the meantime, maintenance of good hygiene is paramount. Again, you may want to see your local physician to have a proper examination done.
