Get checked: Based on your story without a proper history and exam not much can be done. You will likely need full history and exam to make sure you get the best care. Most hospitals will work with you if you do not have insurance. This is potentially a life threatening complaint.

Needs Exam: Even if we could guess your problem with the little info you posted, you'll still need to see a dentist for treatment. Without coverage, you'll pay out of pocket. Many people do... not everyone has insurance, and those who do still pay something.
