You're not pregnant: Why do you ask if you say you're not pregnant? Oh well.. Most plastic surgeons would prefer that elective work be delayed until after birth, even after nursing is past. But if you find one who'd do it - you still need to clear it w/ the OBGYN. The best idea is to wait and avoid unnecessary risks. You may even decide that it's not as important as you once thought - babys can rearrange priorities.

No!: Why risk complications from either the anesthetic or the procedure itself? This can certainly wait, unless there is a serious medical reason that requires surgery now, and then still discuss any possible effects/side effects/complications to the fetus (and you) from it.
