Diet exercise: Get the book "The protein Power Life Plan" by Eades. He also has a web site. Stay away from sugars and starches: fruit, cookies, cake, ice cream, rice, pasta, corn ,potatoes. Eat eggs, meat, vegetables, salds and nuts. There are essential fatty acids in fat, amino acids in protein. you don't need sugar and starch. Exercise to increase metabolism
