Allmost every time i wake up one time after a hour slep, i am allmost paralized in my left in 7 sec. my left eyelid is very heavy also. what is this?

7 sec and not 7 min: It's called 'waking up.' Some people experience this, which can can be scary, but it only lasts a few seconds. If you wake up during a certain phase of sleep, this can happen. Sometimes, it's just a dream to awaken from. If you were 65 and it lasted longer, I'd be worried. If it lasted longer in you, I'd be asking you what you did (or took) the night before.
