Get examined: As it sounds you are in a lot of discomfort with additional symptoms not commonly associated with carps tunnel including bruising , dizziness and flashes. I would go to the Emergency Room for a more traditional assessment. Good luck

Check the diagnosis: It may be the diagnosis is not correct. Carpal tunnel syndrome may cause numbness, pain or tingling, but not bruising, dizziness or hot flashes. Carpal tunnel syndrome is often treated with wrist splinting, NSAID medication and sometimes surgery. If those have not helped with your pain, it may be time to find a new diagnosis!

Suspect other issue: I would suggest that you consult your PCP. Although CTS can cause pain and swelling, hot flashes, whole body sx and bruising are not typical. You may have an endocrine problem that is causing your generalized sx and contributing to CTS. If there is discoloration about your carpal tunnel without trauma, further imaging, such as MRI may be indicated.
