No : Carpal tunnel syndrome is due to compression of the median nerve at the wrist and hand. Symptoms are numbness, tingling, pain, weakness. Bleeding or bruising does not a sign or symptom of carpal tunnel syndrome. Those symptoms are due to something else and should be looked into. See your doctor.
