KNEE PAIN: Unfortunately, over the computer, this is tough to "help you to cure." Your brother should get an exam and most likely an X-ray to see what the diagnosis is in his knee, especially with the "Crack" you heard. For know, use an ace wrap on his knee, get him some nsaids to take and have him see the Dr. for an evaluation and some testing. Good luck.
