About 3 months ago i felt a crack in my knee while walking, and swelled to the size of roughly my fist, nothing broken & mri brought nothing up?

Normal: With a perfectly normal mri, whatever happened to your knee must have resolved by the time the MRI was done. It would have shown any abnormal fluid collections that may have occurred during the time you had swelling. You might have had a bursitis with fluid in the bursa at that time.
